oomnis previews its expanded FlexO workspace management suite at Integrate in Melbourne

oomnis will display the new advanced capabilities of its flexible workspace management software for the first time at the annual Australia integrator tradeshow.
Melbourne (Australia), August 27th 2019
oomnis today announces that it will showcase a preview of the version 2.0 of its integrated workspace management suite, scheduled for release in October 2019, making it possible to flexibly manage multiple types of facilities and resources from a single intuitive interface. oomnis will demonstrate the new system at Integrate in Melbourne being held from August 27th to August 29th, partnering and integrating with Philips Professional Displays on booth K32.
FlexO is a highly configurable workspace management solution solution used to manage, coordinate and optimize the use of corporate spaces and assets such as meeting rooms, huddle spaces, storage lockers, individual desks etc. through a user-friendly web user interface and asset-level navigation displays.
While the digital revolution has engulfed many industrial sectors, there are still more than 200 million workspaces that are ripe for disruption with less than 5% of the spaces currently equipped. With FlexO 2.0, enterprises are now able to reliably manage their highly valuable enterprise assets through a straightforward and intuitive web-based application. 
oomnis FlexO, available in both on-premise and as a cloud-based solution, makes it possible to manage and analyze the use patterns of all kinds of valuable enterprise resources and spaces for enterprises ranging from the small modern companies to truly global companies. oomnis opens an airport media consultancy division and forges a strategic alliance with 2h Media Solutions and Indy Associates

oomnis expands its focus beyond visual solution consultancy to support the growing Asia-Pacific air travel sector

Hong Kong, Tokyo (Japan) and Sydney (Australia), June 14th 2019 
oomnis Limited is pleased to announce today the opening of a new consulting division dedicated to answering the growing needs of its airport clientele.

According to IATA’s latest Air Passenger Forecast​, Asia Pacific is expected to be the biggest driver of demand from 2015 to 2035 with more than half of the new passenger traffic coming from the region. China will replace the US as the world’s largest aviation market (defined by traffic to, from and within the country) around 2024 while India will displace the UK for third place in 2025 and Indonesia and Japan ranking in as 5th and 7th respectively.

In the context of explosive air travel growth and airport user traffic, oomnis has provided over the past year various consulting and software development services for different companies involved in revamping the media solutions used at some of the largest airport in Asia-Pacific.

Recognizing the needs to concentrate and rationalize the different on-going efforts and to set up an expertise center, oomnis decided to reach out to 2h Media Solutions, led by a Sydney Airport veteran, Mr Martin Salter, in order to set up a cross Pacific consultancy alliance specialized in airport media.

2h Media Solutions director and founder Martin Salter has been a key player in some of Australia’s leading media and infrastructure corporations over 20 years and previously headed up media operations for Sydney Airport, tasked with strategic planning and steering of the integrated digital advertising portfolio across the airport’s terminal and external environment.

oomnis expands its distribution network to a key European region

Paris (France) and Hong Kong, May 17th 2019
oomnis ltd. and IP-Partners are thrilled to announce that they have reached an agreement for the exclusive distribution of FlexO, oomnis’ flagship workspace management solution into the French speaking European countries.

FlexO is a highly configurable workspace management solution that is used to manage, coordinate and optimize the use of all corporate spaces through a user-friendly web user interface as well as room- and desk-level navigation screens.

While the use of meeting room booking systems has been growing quickly in the recent years, it is still not widely in use because of the typically high solution costs or because of worries of providing company confidential meetings information to cloud-only solutions hosted in foreign countries.

Together with IP Partners, oomnis will expand its cloud solution to be hosted on Microsoft Azure instances running inside the European Azure regions in order to achieve data locality and better performance and resilience for the benefit of its users in the region while keeping the same low-cost approach.

To accompany the major evolution towards smarter building, more flexible and dynamic office and retail solutions, oomnis will rename its integrated solution suite to FlexSuite, incorporating its workspace management solution as FlexO and its queueing management system as FlexQ.
